Originally from Virginia, Melissa has a rich background in the equestrian world, where she dedicated many years to riding and showing horses and ponies. Her competitive experience includes events such as Pony Pleasure, Pony Equitation, Pony Hunter, and Equitation over fences.
In 2016, Melissa made the move to the White Mountains, where she quickly fell in love with the breathtaking hiking trails and began exploring her passion for photography. A proud dog lover, she has a soft spot for Huskies—an endearing choice that some might call a little crazy! Alongside her dogs, she also shares her home with several cats.
With two years of experience in veterinary medicine, Melissa cherishes every moment spent with animals. She approaches her work with compassion, striving to help both pets and their humans through the ups and downs of veterinary care. In her free time, you can find her unwinding with a good book or enjoying her favorite video games. We can't wait for you to meet Melissa and see the positive impact she will bring to our team!
